Congratulations to Year 10 student Chelsea Jenkins who was selected as a Finalist in the Youth Art Prize (13-17 years category) at Penrith Regional Gallery. Chelsea's artwork explores the current growth of urban Penrith, questioning the impact of change on the identity of the Penrith area through photographic and digital media. Her artwork HOME is on display in Anchor House Gallery until 16 July.
